Relevant experience in mechanical design or aerospace manufacturing

Familiarity with support material handling, shop-floor operations, and basic testing activities

Exposure to composite materials and mechanical testing

Compliance Awareness:Familiarity with AS9100D and Aerospace Quality Frameworks

• Testing & Lab Activities
  • Operate Universal Testing Machine (UTM) using Instron TestWorks / MTS TestSuite
  • Perform coupon preparation, weighing, and tracking
• Composite Manufacturing
  • Assist in composite layup and vacuum bagging processes
  • Provide shop-floor support during builds and curing cycles
• Jig & Fixture Detailing
  • Support jig and fixture detailing using SolidWorks
  • Generate manufacturing drawings and documentation
• Documentation & Quality
  • Maintain records of testing, builds, and consumables usage
  • Ensure documentation aligns with quality and compliance standards
