Relevant experience in Certification, QA, or technical documentation

Strong knowledge of aerospace documentation standards and compliance processes

Experience preparing certification artifacts and supporting audits

Exposure to DGCA or equivalent aerospace regulatory frameworks

Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with DO-160, MIL-STD, and aerospace certification frameworks

Process Improvement: Experience in digital documentation workflows and PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill)

Leadership: Ability to mentor junior documentation engineers and lead audit preparation teams

Innovation: Exposure to digital twin documentation and automated compliance tracking

Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Electrical / Aerospace Engineering

Master’s degree or certification in Quality / Documentation Management preferred

• Technical Documentation
  • Develop and maintain flight manuals (POH), maintenance manuals, and system documentation
  • Perform technical writing, editing, and formatting for compliance readiness
• Certification & Compliance Support
  • Create and manage Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and Design History File (DHF)
  • Generate test plans, compliance reports, and certification evidence
  • Support certification processes aligned with DGCA and aerospace standards
• Testing & Lab Coordination
  • Coordinate with external labs for EMI/EMC testing, IP rating validation, and environmental testing (temperature/humidity)
  • Track and document test results and compliance evidence
• Process & Quality
  • Conduct process flow audits and compliance checks
  • Draft and maintain SOPs and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
