Basic understanding of UAV systems and flight safety protocols

Bachelor’s in Aerospace / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

• Flight Operations
  • Conduct UAV flight operations in manual and autonomous modes (VLOS/BVLOS)
  • Maintain strict flight line safety and SOP compliance
  • Support compliance with UAV flight regulations and certification processes
• Pre & Post Flight Activities
  • Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections ensuring airworthiness
  • Manage battery cycles (electric UAVs) and fuel systems (IC engine UAVs)
• Telemetry & Monitoring
  • Monitor basic telemetry during flights using Mission Planner and QGroundControl
• Ground Support & Maintenance
  • Support Ground Support Equipment (GSE) setup and calibration
  • Perform routine airframe, propulsion, and avionics maintenance checks
• Testing & Reporting
  • Assist as test observer during flight trials and document observations
  • Assist in post-flight data analysis and prepare test reports
• Collaboration
  • Collaborate with senior engineers during integration and flight campaigns
