| Key Responsibility Areas |
- Flight Testing & Execution
- Conduct advanced manual flight operations (fixed-wing, multirotor, tailsitter)
- Execute test cards and structured flight test plans
- Perform environmental testing (wind, altitude, temperature)
- Ensure compliance with DGCA/CEMILAC flight test directives and safety protocols
- Control & Performance Tuning
- Execute PID/control loop tuning and advanced control strategies for stability and mission performance
- Perform IC engine calibration (carburetor / EFI tuning in-flight)
- Evaluate propulsion system performance and efficiency
- Data Analysis & Telemetry
- Analyze flight logs and telemetry data using MATLAB and flight log tools (e.g., Flight Review)
- Identify anomalies, performance gaps, and trends
- Develop automated post-flight analysis scripts and generate structured test reports for certification
- Ground Systems & Integration
- Operate and configure Ground Control Stations (Mission Planner, QGroundControl)
- Support payload and mission system integration across datalink and GCS platforms
- Assist in mission system validation and operational readiness
