Relevant experience in avionics or embedded systems engineering

Strong knowledge of UAV avionics, embedded systems, and communication protocols

Experience with flight controllers (Pixhawk, Cube Orange, custom autopilot hardware)

Exposure to EMI/EMC troubleshooting and aerospace grounding/shielding strategies

Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with aerospace quality frameworks (AS9100D, DO-160, MIL-STD) and DGCA UAS guidelines

Innovation: Exposure to advanced datalink protocols, redundancy strategies, and secure communication systems

Reliability Engineering: Experience in fault tolerance, survivability, and lifecycle analysis of avionics systems

Leadership: Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead avionics design reviews

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Electrical / Electronics / Aerospace Engineering

• System Integration
  • Integrate flight controllers (Pixhawk, Cube Orange, custom autopilot hardware)
  • Configure systems using Mission Planner and QGroundControl
• Sensor & Hardware Selection
  • Select and integrate sensor suites (RTK GNSS, IMU, Pitot tube, LiDAR)
  • Design power distribution and management (PMU) systems
  • Perform actuator/servo sizing and integration
• Interfaces & Communication
  • Develop Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for CAN, UART, I2C, SPI
  • Ensure robust communication across avionics subsystems
• Testing & Validation
  • Set up Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulations using MATLAB / Simulink
