Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with AS9100D and aerospace quality management systems

Innovation: Exposure to advanced PCB technologies (HDI, rigid-flex, embedded components)

Leadership: Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead design reviews

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Electronics / Electrical Engineering

• Schematic & Layout Design
  • Develop complex schematics and multi-layer PCBs (8+ layers)
  • Perform impedance-controlled routing for high-speed signals
  • Manage ECAD libraries and component databases
• Signal & Power Integrity
  • Conduct Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis using HyperLynx
  • Optimize Power Distribution Networks (PDN) for stability and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC requirements
• Advanced Hardware Design
  • Perform FPGA/microcontroller fanout and routing
  • Integrate RF traces and antenna layouts into PCB designs
  • Design custom ESCs and Power Distribution Boards (PDBs)
• Manufacturing Outputs & Support
  • Generate Gerber files and ODB++ packages
  • Support PCB fabrication and assembly processes
  • Collaborate with suppliers for manufacturability and cost optimization
