| Key Responsibility Areas |
- Firmware Development & Testing
- Develop basic firmware modules and drivers using C/C++
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and bug tracking
- Assist in sensor and peripheral driver development (IMU, GNSS, payload sensors)
- Execute lab and field testing of firmware builds
- Automation & Diagnostics
- Write automated test scripts using Python/Bash for regression testing
- Diagnose issues using oscilloscope, logic analyser, and JTAG tools
- Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare firmware documentation, iteration logs, and compliance reports
- Contribute to maintaining aerospace quality standards (AS9100D, DO-178C)
- Integration & Support
- Support senior engineers in avionics integration and UAV flight testing campaigns
