Relevant experience in systems engineering, preferably in Aerospace/UAS domains

Basic understanding of Systems Engineering principles and lifecycle (V-Model awareness preferred)

Familiarity with requirements management and traceability concepts

Exposure to SWaP considerations and system constraints

Strong communication and documentation skills

Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment

Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with aerospace quality standards (AS9100D, DO-178C, DO-254)

Innovation: Interest in MBSE, digital twins, and advanced systems modeling approaches

Growth Potential: Willingness to learn advanced requirements management, certification processes, and system validation methods

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace / Electronics / Mechanical / Systems or related field)

  • Assist in requirements tracking and management using tools like DOORS or equivalent
  • Support requirements traceability and compliance documentation
• Data & Analysis
  • Support data compilation, analysis, and reporting for system engineering activities
  • Maintain and update SWaP (Size, Weight, Power, and Cost) budgets
• Trade Studies & Decision Support
  • Provide support in trade studies and system-level decision-making analysis
  • Contribute to feasibility assessments and design trade-offs
• Documentation & Configuration Management
  • Ensure proper document control and configuration management (Teamcenter or similar)
  • Assist in preparation and maintenance of system engineering documentation
• Collaboration & Integration
  • Track and manage issues, risks, and action items using tools like JIRA
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration and verification support
  • Support basic reliability analysis and metrics tracking
